Hello.

With us being American we wont be available during weekdays because of school/work.

How about: Saturday, May 15: 20-23 GMT
Sunday, May 16: 20-23 GMT

Sorry but i do not know how to convert CEST to American time. (very confusing)

CEST = GMT+2, but if you precise which time is it, you don't need to convert, other has to do that ;-)

BTW, I can be referee saturday.
